First seat of the company was situated in Katowice in  Gliwicka St. 234/13.
Currently, the partnership runs its business activity in the centre of Katowice in        Kościuszki St.26/7.

Its experience in real estate business we gain since 1996, still obtaining new qualifications.
We are the company which successfully implements the most complex tasks in the range of real estate business, undertaking more and more challenging tasks.

- State professional licences in the range of agency with the numbers: 2197, 2206
given by the President of Housing and Town Development (Prezesa Urzędu Mieszkalnictwa i Rozwoju Miast);
- obligatory insurance on real estate broker profession performance in ERGO HESTIA S.A. policies no. 128/253000040023 and
129/253000040023 of the amount jointly PLN1.000.000,00 and EUR50.000,00

Our Agency is a Partner of System of Real Estate Offering "SON" (System Oferowania Nieruchomości) , which issues a magazine “Invest into Real Estate” ( "Inwestuj w Nieruchomości") and is the owner of the search engine  www.son.com.pl
